Residents of countries, states, provinces and territories not expressly listed as eligible in Section 2.2 or Section 2.3 are excluded.
The Organiser may suspend or withdraw the Promotion in a jurisdiction where this becomes necessary to comply with applicable law. Where reasonably practicable, the Organiser will notify affected participants and take reasonable steps to protect valid entries and accrued rights.
2.5. Age and capacity
Participants must be at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into these Terms.
The Organiser may request reasonable evidence of age, identity, residence and eligibility before confirming an entry or awarding the prize.
2.6. Excluded persons

2.7. Final eligibility list
The final eligible-country and territory list will be published at https://muzos.fm/policy/studio-competition/
before the Promotion opens.
Only residents of the jurisdictions expressly included in that list may participate. The Organiser will not add jurisdictions during the Promotion Period in a way that unfairly disadvantages existing participants.
3. Promotion Period
3.1. Opening and closing
The Promotion opens on 20 October 2026 at 10.00 CEST (UTC+2) and closes on 20 November 2026 at 00.00 CEST (UTC+2).
These times refer to Central European Summer Time. If the Promotion takes place during a period when Central European Time applies, or spans a daylight-saving transition, the Organiser will specify the correct time zone and UTC offset for the relevant dates in the published Official Rules.
3.2. Late entries
Entries received before the opening time or after the closing time will not be accepted.
3.3. Entry records
The Organiser's server records will normally determine the time an entry is received, subject to correction of demonstrable technical errors.
3.4. Changes to the Promotion Period
The Organiser will not extend the Promotion Period except where reasonably necessary because of exceptional circumstances, a material technical failure, applicable law or another circumstance outside its reasonable control.
Any extension will be communicated clearly and implemented fairly, subject to applicable law.
4. How to Enter
4.1. Free participation
Participation is free of charge.
No purchase, paid subscription, payment or paid upgrade is required to enter or win the Promotion.
The Organiser operates free and paid subscription tiers on https://muzos.fm. Eligible users of both tiers may participate on equal terms. Subscription status, payment history and use of paid features will not provide additional entries or improve a participant's chance of winning.
4.2. Entry requirements
To enter the Promotion, an eligible artist must:
a. create or maintain a valid artist account on muzos.fm;
b. create or claim the relevant artist profile;
c. complete the artist-account verification process described in Section 5;
d. obtain at least five Qualifying Supporters during the Promotion Period; and
e. comply with these Terms and Conditions and applicable law.
4.3. Qualifying Supporters
A “Qualifying Supporter” is a unique, genuine user of muzos.fm who:
a. has a valid user account;
b. follows the participating artist on muzos.fm; and
c. is not excluded under these Terms.
Supporters may use free accounts. They are not required to purchase a subscription, make a payment or buy any product or service.
4.4. Qualifying Participants
An artist who satisfies all entry requirements becomes a “Qualifying Participant” and receives exactly one entry into the prize draw.
4.5. One entry per artist
Each Qualifying Participant receives exactly one entry, regardless of the number of Qualifying Supporters obtained beyond the required five.
Additional supporters do not provide additional entries or increase the participant's chance of winning.
4.6. External promotion
Participants may promote their participation through Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, YouTube, email, messaging services or other channels.
Sharing, reposting, tagging or following the Organiser on any external platform is voluntary and is not a condition of participation.
4.7. No paid engagement
Participants must not pay for followers or other engagement in order to qualify. Paid promotion must not be used to generate artificial, fraudulent or otherwise prohibited supporter activity.
4.8. Alternative entry and local legal requirements
The Organiser will review the five-supporter requirement under the laws applicable to each eligible jurisdiction before launch.
If an applicable law requires a different entry mechanism, an alternative free entry method or another safeguard, the Organiser will implement the necessary amendment before accepting entries from the affected jurisdiction. Any such amendment will be published in the Official Rules.
5. Artist Account Verification
5.1. Purpose
The Organiser may require participants to verify control of an external social-media account or another account associated with the artist they represent, to prevent impersonation, unauthorised profile claims and fraudulent entries.
5.2. Verification method
Verification may involve publishing a unique, temporary code through the relevant account or completing another reasonable verification method approved by the Organiser.
5.3. Verification-code security
Verification codes must be unpredictable, linked to a specific verification request, time-limited and accepted only once.
Participants must never provide account passwords, account recovery codes or login authentication codes to the Organiser.
5.4. Alternative verification
Where public verification is unavailable or inappropriate, the Organiser may offer an alternative verification method or manual review.
5.5. Verification limitations
Verification establishes evidence of account control at the time of verification. It does not, by itself, establish ownership of music or other intellectual property, legal ownership of an artist name, or authority to represent every member of a band.
5.6. Bands and collectives
Where an artist account represents a band or group, the person entering must confirm that they are authorised to enter on its behalf and have the necessary permissions.
5.7. Disputed claims
The Organiser may suspend or reject a claim where there is reasonable evidence of impersonation, unauthorised access, fraud or conflicting claims.
The Organiser may request reasonable evidence and will apply its verification procedures consistently and in accordance with applicable data-protection law.
6. Genuine Participation and Fraud Prevention
6.1. Prohibited conduct
The following conduct is prohibited:
a. creating or using fake or duplicate accounts to manipulate the Promotion;
b. purchasing followers or artificial engagement;
c. using bots, scripts, automated services or other technical means to generate supporters;
d. offering money, goods, services or other consideration in exchange for becoming a Qualifying Supporter;
e. impersonating another person or artist;
f. submitting false verification information;
g. manipulating, circumventing or interfering with the technical operation of the Promotion; or
h. otherwise attempting to artificially increase a participant's supporter count or manipulate the draw.
6.2. Investigation
The Organiser may investigate suspected manipulation and request reasonable evidence or clarification.
6.3. Invalid supporters
The Organiser may disregard supporters reasonably determined to be fraudulent, duplicated, automated or otherwise ineligible.
6.4. Disqualification
A participant may be disqualified where there are reasonable grounds to conclude that the participant has violated these Terms or deliberately attempted to manipulate the Promotion.
Disqualification will be applied consistently and in accordance with applicable law. The Organiser will take reasonable steps to avoid excluding genuine participants solely because of an inconclusive automated fraud signal.
6.5. Replacement entries
If a participant is disqualified after the draw, the Organiser may select a replacement winner in accordance with Section 8.
7. Prize — Studio Voucher
7.1. Prize description
One Qualifying Participant will receive a studio voucher with a total value of €1.500, redeemable towards eligible recording studio services at a professional recording studio agreed upon by the winner and the Organiser.
The approximate retail value of the prize in relevant local currencies will be disclosed where required by applicable law.
7.2. Choice of studio
The winner may propose a professional recording studio in their country of residence or another country.
The Organiser will assess the proposal reasonably and in good faith, taking into account the studio's professional services, availability, cost, location and ability to provide appropriate proof of services supplied.
7.3. Approval period
The Organiser will respond to a proposed studio within 10 business days of receiving the information reasonably required to assess it.
If a studio cannot be accepted for objectively reasonable reasons, the winner may propose an alternative.
The Organiser will not unreasonably withhold approval of a suitable professional recording studio.
7.4. Eligible services
The voucher may be used, at the winner's discretion, for professional recording studio services reasonably selected by the winner, provided that such services contribute directly to the creation, recording, production or completion of a recorded musical work and are supplied by a verifiable professional studio or service provider approved by the Organiser.
Eligible services may include studio hire, recording, audio engineering, music production, editing, mixing and mastering. The winner may determine how the voucher is allocated among eligible services, subject to the total prize value and the Organiser's reasonable verification and approval of the proposed services.
The voucher may not be used for unrelated purchases, personal expenses, equipment purchases or services that do not directly contribute to the creation or completion of the recorded musical work.
7.5. Currency conversion
Where the voucher is redeemed in a currency other than euros, its value will be calculated using the European Central Bank's (ECB) official euro foreign exchange reference rates published on the date of the winner daw. If not reference rate is published on that date, the most recently published rate available before the draw date will be used.
Any conversion fees and exchange-rate differences will be handled as follows:
- to be paid by the Organiser.
7.6. Redemption procedure
The Organiser will provide the voucher or arrange payment directly to the approved studio, up to the stated prize value, in accordance with the redemption procedure communicated to the winner.
The winner may be required to provide a booking confirmation, invoice or other reasonable documentation.
7.7. Additional expenses
Costs exceeding the voucher value, including travel, accommodation, meals, transportation, visas and other incidental expenses, are the winner's responsibility unless expressly included in the prize description.
7.8. Redemption deadline
The voucher must be used within 6 months of notification of award.
The winner and the approved studio must agree on an available booking date before the redemption deadline. The Organiser will provide reasonable assistance with the redemption process.
7.9. Non-transferability and cash alternative
The voucher is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash, except where required by applicable law.
7.10. Prize availability
If the advertised prize becomes genuinely unavailable, the Organiser will take reasonable steps to provide an equivalent alternative where appropriate and lawful. Any replacement prize will be of equivalent or greater value unless applicable law permits otherwise.
The Organiser will not use this provision to avoid awarding the advertised prize where fulfilment remains reasonably possible.
7.11. Taxes
The winner is responsible for personal taxes where applicable law places that responsibility on the winner.
The Organiser will comply with applicable tax reporting, withholding and other legal obligations.
8. Winner Selection and Notification
8.1. Winner selection
After the Promotion Period closes, one winner will be selected at random from all eligible Qualifying Participants using a documented random-selection procedure.
Each Qualifying Participant has exactly one entry and an equal chance of selection, subject to eligibility and any applicable jurisdiction-specific requirements.
8.2. Draw date
The draw will take place on or about 01 December 2026.
If the draw is delayed for a reasonable operational or legal reason, the Organiser will communicate the revised date where appropriate.
8.3. Winner notification
The Organiser will notify the selected winner within seven calendar days after the draw.
Notification will be sent to the email address associated with the winner's muzos.fm account or, if no email address is available, through the contact method registered with that account.
The Organiser will take reasonable steps to ensure that the notification reaches the winner, subject to the accuracy of the contact details supplied.
8.4. Response deadline
The winner must respond within seven calendar days after the notification is sent and complete any reasonable eligibility and verification checks requested by the Organiser.
8.5. Failure to respond or ineligibility
If the winner does not respond within the specified period, declines the prize or cannot reasonably be verified as eligible, the Organiser may select an alternative winner at random from the remaining eligible Qualifying Participants.
Any replacement draw will be documented and conducted in accordance with applicable law.
8.6. Prize fulfilment
Once the winner has been verified and accepted the prize, the Organiser will contact the winner to arrange redemption of the studio voucher.
The Organiser will take reasonable steps to fulfil the prize within 30 days of acceptance, subject to studio availability, the winner's cooperation and the agreed redemption arrangements.
If fulfilment is expected to take longer than 30 days, the Organiser will inform the winner of the expected timetable and comply with any applicable local requirements.
8.7. Winner information
The Organiser may publish the winner's artist name in connection with the Promotion, subject to applicable data-protection and publicity laws.
Where applicable law or advertising rules require the Organiser to publish or make available information demonstrating that a valid award took place, the Organiser will do so in a proportionate and lawful manner.
Entrants will be informed before entry of any intended winner-information publication and, where required, given an opportunity to object or request a reduction in the information published.
Any additional use of the winner's image, likeness, legal name or personal story for advertising purposes will be handled separately where consent or another specific legal basis is required.

11.3. Additional publicity
Any additional publicity use requiring consent or another specific legal basis will be handled separately in accordance with applicable law.

13.2. Communication
Material changes will be communicated through an appropriate channel.
The Organiser will take reasonable steps to protect valid entries and accrued participant rights.
